- Create psychological safety and real connection, even in conflict
Day 2 – The Structure and Flow
Build awareness into action with tools that make group dynamics visible and manageable.
Using David Kantor’s framework, you’ll learn to:-
- Spot the hidden patterns that keep conversations stuck and how to shift them
- Shift team dialogue from stagnant to dynamic and productive
- Understand how style clashes create conflict and how to reframe them
- Identify personal triggers and how to respond with clarity instead of escalation
You’ll leave with practical, immediately usable tools to transform your conversations, your leadership, and your team.
