Meet Antoinette Coetzee
Antoinette Coetzee
Professional Certified Coach (ICF) | Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (CRR)
Antoinette partners with leaders on their developmental and leadership journeys, helping them recognise where they may be standing in their own way. She provides an objective yet deeply supportive space for growth—bringing warmth, presence, and an unwavering belief in her clients, even when they doubt themselves.
She views vertical development—the growth of one’s inner game—as essential for leadership. Having been an organisational leader herself, she understands the complexities of leadership, including navigating conflict, organisational politics, and large-scale transformation.
Antoinette works best with clients who are serious about their growth—ready to challenge themselves and do the work. Her role is to help them uncover their next step, whether it’s mastering a skill or dismantling a deeply held limiting belief. Through this process, her clients develop greater confidence, take bolder risks, build stronger relationships, and foster high organisational engagement and performance.
Her favourite approach is working with leadership teams, where personal, team, and organisational growth happen simultaneously. She specialises in conflict resolution, creating alignment, and helping teams find renewed purpose. She also coaches senior and executive leaders and run an 8-month vertical development leadership program.
Antoinette’s coaching journey began in 2009. She trained as a professional coach in 2012 and became a certified Organisational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) in 2019. She also founded Centre for Agile Coaching. Her vertical development model is grounded in Leadership Development Framework and Leadership Circle, in which she is certified.
As leading occurs through speaking, developing communicative competency is fundamental to her work. By employing Structural Dynamics and Coaching the Childhood Story (David Kantor), Antoinette assists clients in making significant shifts in engaging and leading. From 2020 to 2022, she trained as an interventionist to enhance this work. Virginia Satir’s work perfectly complements the personal transformation most leaders require. Since attending a Satir Intensive in 2024, she has woven this in to her approach and thinking.
Antoinette’s clients span technology, banking, financial services, learning and development, pharmaceuticals, non-profits, and retail.
Our presence is the most powerful leadership tool there is.
